Each Party Package includes cupcake decorating which is a great way to include a fun, creative activity as well as a beautiful function space to celebrate your Baby Bears birthday and there's plenty of time for fun, games & cake afterwards. Whether you’re looking for the perfect spot to host a birthday or engagement party, your hen-do or baby shower, an extra-special work event or just need to have a good party - we have the tried-and-tested recipe for creating an occasion that your guests will wish they could do all over again!
All of our private hire options come with a fully staffed bar; so you can be sure you’re in safe hands that will allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy. Looking for an Insta-worthy spot to host your birthday party or baby shower? Mama Bears Exclusive Hire package offers 3 hours use of the Cake Bar including a fully staffed bar. You can indulge in a delicious loaded or classic milkshake, sit back and relax with a Lavazza coffee, or get the party started with a bottle of prosecco (or two!) - you can take a look at our drink menu’s here for an idea of what’s on offer.

Afternoon Tea has become the go-to for group celebrations & as we all know Mama Bear has the best Afternoon Tea around! Perfect for Hen-Do’s or Birthday parties, it’s a great way to get together that’s ideal for all generations. The Private Afternoon Tea package gives you 3 hours of exclusive use of the Cake Bar, giving everyone plenty of time to catch up and enjoy an Afternoon Tea each.
